How the Auto Transport process works when you schedule with us
.

If you are ready to schedule your vehicle for transport, please have your pick up and delivery information ready.  This includes addresses, phone numbers and contact people at both locations.  One of our representatives will go over the desired dates and pick up window with you.  We require a credit card number at this time, however, we will not charge your card until we have assigned you a carrier.

Once a carrier has been assigned, you (or your designated contact) will receive a call from our office notifying you of when the driver is scheduled to arrive at your pick up location.  At this time, you will also receive the drivers name and contact information.  You may contact the carrier/dispatcher directly or we will be happy to do it for you and give you updates at your request.  Whichever is most comfortable for you.

The driver will then contact you (or your designated contact) usually 12-24 hours prior to pickup, to set a reasonable time to meet with you.  We do our best to keep clear communication between our drivers and you, the customer, at this time.  We understand work and family schedules, and will do our best to accommodate your situation.  We also ask that you make every effort to meet up with the driver at the agreed upon time.  When the driver arrives to pick up your vehicle, there will be a walk around inspection of your car to note any existing damage, scratches, dents, and dings on the vehicle.  It is very important that you make a note of the condition of your vehicle at the time of pick up, sign and retain a copy of the bill of lading.

The same process will happen at the delivery location.  The driver will call prior to delivery to set up a time to meet with you.  At delivery you both will do another walk around inspection to make sure the vehicle is in the same condition as it was when it was loaded.  At this time, the remaining balance is due, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  Drivers will accept cash or cashiers check made out to the driver or the driver's company.

**Some of the larger companies will accept credit cards, so if this is an issue please discuss it with one of our staff and we will see what we can work out.

You are always free to call our office for an update.
